Mitchell County Regional Health Center has announced a new recognition for all non-nursing, non-provider staff titled the ROSE Award. An acronym for Recognition Of Service Excellence, MCRHC established the honor to reward any deserving employee who exemplifies being an outstanding role model and consistently demonstrates the organization’s core values: Compassion, Collaboration, Curiosity and Integrity. The award is being sponsored by the MCRHC Auxiliary. Nominations are now being accepted for 2026 through Monday, March 30. Patients, visitors and staff members may nominate a deserving MCRHC employee by completing the nomination form listed below. The winner will be announced during a special presentation and recognized on MCRHC’s social media page(s).
