If you previously used the MyHealthRecord portal, you may continue to log in and access information through June 30, 2026. After that date, the MyHealthRecord portal will be permanently deactivated and information will no longer be accessible through that portal. Patients who wish to print or download information from the MyHealthRecord portal should do so before June 30, 2026.
Please note that records from the MyHealthRecord portal do not transfer into the new patient portal.
