If you previously used the MyHealthRecord portal, it has been permanently deactivated and information will no longer be accessible through that portal.
Records from the MyHealthRecord portal do not transfer into the new patient portal.
Mitchell County Regional Health Center will continue to securely maintain your medical records. If you need copies of your records, you may request them at any time through our Medical Records Department.
